Very very very poor estate agent. Do not use them, we where conned into selling with them. DO NOT sign with them unless a solicitor has read the contract. We are counting down the days to sell with a different agent. Its a new clause written in that your are stuck with them for 20 weeks and they wont care. all commissioned based and little care given. .Beware I cannot warn you enough!!!!!!
