Where do I start I rented a property for a while and was struggling to pay rent but didnt owe any money .So I spoke t
To the lady from Bridgefords and they said if you bring the keys back you will get your deposit back on the same day well that was 5 weeks ago this has made me homeless till I get it back. Never rent a property there are fast to taken there £250 cermision but are no help to get your money back

Avoid this agency they are trying to rent the houses showing not actual pictures, very expensive, house not worth for money they asking for and if you planing long term renting make sure they won’t kick you out after 3 years....

Agents fees?! I can't even write about them as I am likely to pick up my laptop and throw it at the wall. They are ridiculous, and single tenants are penalised.

This branch are useless and provide poor service where you would expect it. Basic information is not provided (utility suppliers/ door codes/ gate codes etc) and when you question it or ask for information staff are rude and useless. Lisa was particularly rude, called me ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agents should have basic information available. They should meet you at the property to hand over the key and go through the inventory together and address any issues.

Fees are disgusting and not worth it considering you have to do all of the work. ‚£60 Inventory Fee > You have to complete the inventory yourself which then isn;t checked. ‚£55 Administration Fee> You have to complete everything yourself and chase for basic information. ‚£250 Agreement Fee > Disgusting. Upfront payment came to a total of ‚£1375 - extortionate and disgusting.
