Probably the rudest and most unhelpful people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. From the beginning of our tenancy we had nothing but problems with them. They clearly only care about landlords and sales. Their attitude towards tenants is dreadful. I found the lettings agents and property management agents to be bolshy, unwilling to help and at times downright rude. After leaving the property they tried to charge us for repainting the sitting room despite the fact that we had complained for months that the ceiling was leaking and they did nothing about it. I wouldn't go near them again if you paid me.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent in question could have started off by just being polite. Only one person made the experience anything other than awful. You get a distinct impression that you are at the bottom of the pecking order (buyers/sellers first, then landlords, then tenants). While this may be true in terms of business, it is unacceptable to treat anyone like a second class citizen because you're not helping bring in the big money. Generally disgusted.Attached Filesnbsp;
