We arrived to London on 3rd July 2013 with the urgency of finding a property quickly. We asked for many apartments in some agencies, Morgan Randall was very receptive and efficient, we were attended by a very friendly agent, Yurga, she helped us immediately showing us 4 properties. We selected one of those but regrettably it was not going to be available until 25th July, so thankfully they purposed a temporary apartment for 16 days, in a good area and in perfect conditions, after that we moved to our current apartment. Of course we had to deal with some problems during both negotiations but all concerning the landlords, it is fair to say that the agency did its best effort to minimize the impact of those problems and they really achieved this. We visited Morgan Randall South quay branch many times and we were treated wonderfully by all the staff there. The thing I recommend to other customers is, do as much questions as you can, there were unclear points that we omitted to ask at the beginning because we are new in this zone. We really appreciate the support given by Morgan Randal and the perfect professional service of Yurga Varnas and all the staff who attended us.
