managed letting service is appaulling.no notification of late payment.retention of rent to keep in Arun estates accounts for days after as they wont do instant transfer and wont bacs till it suits them.advice to landlords- gofor intro fee only as there is no back office support to pay landlords their rent ehen it is received by the company.access your daily interest cost of a mortgage of a buy to let and bill them.they are earning interest ehile you pay for it.cannot fault the frontline staff in finding tenants and doing the job just dont sign Gordon a managed service as its far from managed other than to hold on to rent for their own interest

Mr Brunning, thank you for your post regarding our accounting procedures. It is always disappointing to receive negative feedback, especially so after we had advised you that the delays you have experienced in receiving the rent related to the late payment of the rent by your tenant, it would also be fair to say that your comments are inaccurate, unfounded and unhelpful and that all payments have been made within our contractually agreed timeframes. With that said I am sorry you felt it necessary to apply a negative review and your need to bypass the formal channels for addressing such matters. As a residential letting agent we have a clear and transparent complaints procedure and combined with our voluntary membership of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and the Property Ombudsman we strive for excellence in all that we do, therefore it is always a shame when we fail to meet with our clients expectations. Further to receipt of this post I will aim to respond to you formally, via the correct channels, regarding our accounting procedures in an attempt to allow you to better understand the processes involved when dealing with a late paying tenant.
