I have used Northwood in Eastbourne as my letting agent (introduction only) for several years. Always had top notch service from them. Wanted to sell one of my older properties so I naturally used them. Good marketing and feedback - did not take long to get a buyer. Sale is all completed.
They are currently marketing one of my flats for rent.
Staff are friendly but above all, very professional.
I like them and the way they do business with me.

Update: after several emails back and forward Mr. Paul Ryder director of Northwood ask me to contact Microsoft to find out with the email he claims it wasn't sent to which Microsoft confirmed me it was sent. I have informed Mr Paul of such and asked him to do the same as per his suggestion and contact Microsoft himself, but apparently that hasn't happened and he is now ignoring my emails.
