My offer was not accepted and I asked to register a note of interest. By this I expected to be contacted and asked to increase my offer if another party came along. I only received a gloating call to say an offer had been accepted. I thought their job was to get the best possible price for a property! VERY POOR.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have contacted me to give me the opportunity to increase my bid.

I sold my house with Allen and Harris while living overseas and everything went extremely well. Excellent communication throughout and a quick sale of my house. The reason it isn't 5 stars though is the Manager tried to get me to sign up to the 1000 pound ...

Comment on agent fees
Agreed a fee of 1% which I thought was good.
