My husband and I were looking to view 2 properties for sale by bridges. We contacted the sales team, told them of our interest and was told they would contact us again once they had spoken with the sellers to arrange viewings......we heard nothing, so phoned and asked if this was still ok we were told they hadn't been able to get hold of the sellers yet but would be in touch as soon as they had and if there were any problems they would let us know........I am still waiting......it's now been a year and I have a home, thankfully not dealt with by bridges. I feel sorry for the sellers of the 2 properties I wished to view as they lost out on a potential sale. No customer care. Unfortunately I can not remember the name of the man I dealt with. I know for sure however that I will not be using bridges for myself in future sales.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Contacted me! Even just to keep me informed telling me that they were having trouble getting holdof them or the like.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
