This feels like stating the obvious but OMG Fox & Sons are the most inefficient, appalling, lazy, useless bunch of agents on the planet. I know everyone has horror stories about estate agents (why ARE they so hopeless? It's not a difficult job after all.) but we've now had dealing with Fox & Sons on two occasions & they really are mind-bogglingly, staggeringly inefficient. They don't even have the aptitude to be liars or crooks - they're just useless. Completely inanimate - they just do nothing. NOTHING. It's actually laughable how lousy they are.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Just replying to emails & calls occasionally would be a step in the right direction. Keeping clients informed just once or twice would be a huge leap forward. Maybe handing on offers to the vendor occasionally?! I know: that's a really radical idea & you're probably not up to that yet. Bwhahahahahaha. Worst. Agents. Evah.Attached Filesnbsp;
