We received good advice regarding the marketing of our property and realistic pricing guide in what I felt to be a difficult market to judge. As luck would have it our buyers approached us directly as they were known to us and this happened soon after our property went on the market. It is therefore difficult for me to comment on the agents tenacity in finding a buyer.
We chose Park & Bailey partly because they had branches in areas that we were looking for property and felt they would be that much keener to keep us advised on property becoming available. This turned out to be only partly helpful and it is for this reason I only give a good review rather than excellent.
When did finally find a property that we wished to purchase was when Park & Bailey really came up trumps. Hadley got things on the right footing early on when things looked a little sticky and was very responsive to our needs. After surveys had been done we were put in the hands of Ginette who proved to be excellent in keeping us moving toward exchange of contracts despite various setbacks that made us wonder whether we were doomed to failure. Her tenacity, patience and diplomatic skills were outstanding and I can honestly say that I think without her we likely as not would not have got to exchange of contracts at all. In this respect excellent would have been my rating without doubt.
