Personally, we had a terrible experience of using PSK in Maidenhead. We were in a bidding war for one of their properties and they clearly favoured the other bidders and therefore lost their supposed neutrality. The agent was out of her depth in handling sensitive negotiations, allowing a very young, inexperienced agent try and handle the sale of a £600K property without support from more senior staff. On one occassion, the phone was put down on me mid-conversation and on finding out that we had not been successful in our bids after four days of intense negotiation; the answer I was given to my question to find out why we were not chosen for reasons that weren't clear to me was "I understand the reasons, the seller understands the reasons, it doesn't matter if you don't understand. That's all that matters." Zoe completely forgot to realise that all prospective buyers need to be treated with respect, a fact that hopefully has now sunk home when we got a call from the Manager of the branch 3 weeks later asking if we were still interested as the sale had fallen through. An agency to be avoided.

I used Pike, Smith and Kemp Maidenhead to let a property for me.
They found a lovely tenant, but the full management service we both received from PSK was farcical.
