Ladies at the Leeds branch are very rude and unhelpful. The lady who showed us the flats
had so little interest in what we are looking for and had bored face all throught the viewing, didn't tell us anything about the flats. We had to go with one of the flats eventually but I really regret it now. The service (or lack of it) is appaling! Don't expect them to get anything fixed, they will try to ignore you for as long as possible until finally blame you for anything that broke, it then takes about 2-3 tries until they...fix it? No, until they give up on it! Ringing them is just a waste of time, they are rude, unprofessional and patronising. They are late for meetings, don't return your calls, treat you like an idiot once they've got your money, how do these people ever get jobs???

That'll be the manager then. Think she may have trained to be a teacher and changed career at the last minute. Think they forget that some people have not only rented but owned property before and that we are not all straight out of college/university... Dec 17, 2010
Ahh very true indeed. I had to deal with this lot of unhelpful time wasters. I am in the process of submitting a complaint against one of them as I feel she was discriminating. They treat you as idiots, give you no information, are very rude, don't provide you with answers and you need to ask for the information that they should provide. Basically, they have the perfect attitude for you to conclude that Hunters is NOT a agent you want be involved with unless you like being spoken down to and being treated like a fool.
