I found them amazingly incompetent when I used them as an estate agent. They seem to manage to mess up even the simplest of things. They never gave me 24 hours notice when arranging viewings for my apartment and one time after I had refused them a viewing they turned up anyway and just let themselves in without even knocking. They didn't even seem to have good communication with the Landlord of my property. Not really sure how they manage to function as an estate agent when they can mess up such simple things.
I would strongly advise against using them.
