Andrew Bilby was absolutely brilliant. He handled our very complex purchase, with 5 solicitors and conveyancers and court orders involved.
He was far better informed than the solicitors involved, and also thought ahead.
He kept me closely informed, and reacted immediately and constructively to my queries and suggestions.
I don't think this purchase would ever have gone through without his progresschasing -and no-messing positive attitude.
I can't recommend him highly enough.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Treated us with respect and been more cooperative when selling our flat. Dan told us a list of things they would do for us that all fell by the wayside. Living up to that list would have been enough. But most of all, treat their clients with respect and follow a decent code of practice. Don't hide behind clauses and contracts that they can see are immoral and not applicable. I've never had such an experience with a company - anywhere.

Some issues we face with bank re-possession sales is a lack of information to start with, as the sellers selling were not the owners and represents the bank.
