When i decided to put my property up for sale i had a couple of quotes before choosing Ward & Partners. Mark Boyle had come to the property and showed me how they would advertise and promote my property. It looked impressive and the price they thought we could achieve was above my expectations. I had an open day on a Saturday and by Monday my property was sold for more than i expected. It was a fantastic result and i couldn't believe how well the last 48 hours had gone.
I bought another property using Wards within a few days and i would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
I know people say it can be the most stressful thing to do in life, is move, but they certainly made things a lot easier than i thought.
From the time i put my property up for sale and to the time i'll move into my new one, it'll be 13 weeks, that to me, is fantastic.
Thanks to all the team in the Dartford, great job.

Given the choice, we would not rent/buy through this agent again. Once customer lost for good, due to the issues mentioned above.

A bidding war?! Far from being a problem that sounds like something I would want if I was a seller.. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
