You would be charged a relet fee as you are wishing to be released from your tenancy obligations early - why should the landlord loose rent as your circumstances have changed? Belvoir nor the landlord HAVE to release you early, how much would you have paid in rent for those last 2 months? Also Belvoir set out all charges in paperwork at the start of your tenancy so you should have been aware of the check out charge. You are well within your rights to be present for the move out and maybe the legal end of your tenancy was 10 days after you moved out??

Such a professional team, Francesca, Natasha and Hollie, I was kept informed all the way as they quickley found tenants for my 2 properties after I was having no communication and was left waiting with my original letting agents . Would highly recommend....
