Tarkan Enver was great because he had the difficult task of vetting about 15 potential buyers for the property we wanted and we were so thrilled when he told us that our offer had been accepted. Courtney Hunt has been a great delight to deal with throughout the process as she is cool, professional, proactive and resourceful at all times. Their colleagues Ann and Debbie have been a tremendous support. All staff throughout our dealings have always been polite and cheerful and the office is a very welcoming place to visit.
We are very pleased to have had the opportunity to meet the Ward & Partners Welling Office staff who have shown us nothing but kind consideration throughout. We thank them all very much indeed.

Given the choice, we would not rent/buy through this agent again. Once customer lost for good, due to the issues mentioned above.

A bidding war?! Far from being a problem that sounds like something I would want if I was a seller.. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
