It is unfortunate that I write this review, but after 1 and a half years of problems with Streets Ahead, frustration has caused me to write this review. The service we have recieved since becoming a tenant with Steets Ahead has been non existent. Seven months after we moved in, discovering the kitchen had an overflow tap (from when the washing machine was replaced pre our arrival) that had not been closed properly had leaked into the downstairs flat and caused damage to their property. A year later and we are still waiting for Streets Ahead to come and fix it. The delay taking so long that the insurance quote suggested by the landlords insurance company had expired!

Now a second leak has developed and after 5 calls we get told that Monday we might get a call from a maintenance person who 'might' be able to come out during the week.

We have been consistently lied to, fobbed off and ignored by Streets Ahead and would not recommend them at all.
What agent could do to change your mind?
By actually doing the job they are paid to do.
