Renting with corn has been the worst experience I have had in London to date!! I loved my flat when I saw it but from the very begining acorn were unreliable. We had to show ourselves around the property and after we had signed and paid the deposit acorn were still letting people view it!! After we moved in last November there has been nothing but trouble, eg. Every tap breaking, washing machine breaking, bath leaking, shower leaking and more seriously mould and damp through out the property. Each of the problems took weeks of constant phone calls to get sorted. They won't seem to do anything unless you as the tenant are at breaking point. The damp walls have never been sorted and I guess they never will now. Having totally gave up on getting anything fixed our windows broke and we can't get them open, it has been a month in the 30 degree and still nothing has been done. I struggle to see how anyone can let a property where the windows dont open, after a heated conversation with Sarah and her smirking and sighing the entire time nothing has been done. We are expected to take days off work to wait in for maintance that never arrives. The customer service of the property management has been terrible, we are made to feel like we are in the wrong and the inconvience. To anyone looking to let with this company, DON'T!! It has been awful and I can't wait to move!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
I recognise that problems arise sometimes - when issues arose, Acorn could have acted to resolve them quickly. This did happen with an issue on move-in day with the boiler - but only due to the efficiency of the maintenance company. I don't feel Acorn themselves have put any real effort into rectifying any of the problems that they have created.
