I should put terrible but they got a tenant in fairly quick but even that was hit and miss. I have this constant ongoing problem with poor management. Everything is in the tenants favour regardless of what he does they find a way of passing the blame onto me. Theres a severe lack of feedback regarding disputes. Money for maintainence call outs being taken from rent without my knowing. The tenant witheld rent because a small patch of plaster needed to be painted even though he didnt tell us it had dried and ready to paint as discussed. Martin and co didnt tell me he had withheld his rent, it was only when I queried the lack of statement. This is just an example of 12 months haggling. I pay them to manage my property but I have to put so much of my own energy into it that I am considering doing it myself. Unless the house is absolutely perfect in everyway and you have blank cheque book they seem to be completely incapable of managing a property.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Kept me up to date with on going disputes however minor. Been alot fairer with regard to dispute responsibilities. Enforced any breaches of contract fairly.
