I was very impressed with the professionalism and consistently hard work of the Henleaze branch team and in particular, George Mawer who provided my husband and I with a very high level of customer service whilst selling our house.
George never ceased to amaze us with his willingness to reply to our emails and calls promptly and most notably on Sundays and Bank holidays when the office was closed!
Through no fault of the agents, our journey did not always run smoothly and at times we were anxious and frustrated, however, George was extremely supportive, approachable and available and made sure that our sale reached a successful outcome.
I can not recommend George or the team highly enough and I am so pleased we instructed them in the first place.
