I have been in contact with Piers for some time as I had several offers on my house in Wolverhampton which fell through. In September 2012 when I thought I had a sale he showed me around houses in Sidmouth and helped me to find and visit several houses which were suitable, remembering my particular requirements.- sadly I could not follow through as my buyers dropped out.
Since January 2013 when I accepted an offer on my house i(completion in May 2013) Piers has listened and communicated to me details about houses for sale in Sidmouth which fitted my requirements .. Even when one house that I had made an offer accepted proved to have a complicated problem with a chain , he kept me well informed about what was happening.
Eventually he found a house with no chain on which I have exchanged contracts . He enabled me to visit several the house times and once again kept me well informed about what was happening.
Piers has been most helpfuland I would certainly recommend the Sidmouth branch as everyone I spoke to was efficient and polite and kept me well informed.by phone and email.
