Honestly the worst experience ever when dealing with foxtons. When you first walk in a foxtons they try to be so kind to you. But once they smell the money and you sign those papers their is no looking back. You will experience the WORST
Customer service ever. They will not care what so ever about you later. Ever when you call their property management, the way you are used to being talked to totally changes 180 degrees. At the start it was all 'Sir' and smiles but later everything changed. My flat was supposed to be maintained by them too but i was left with a broken washing machine and drainage problems. They sent me an appliance techniation for the washer but when he told them that it cannot be fixed, they just didn't want to replace it and i was left with a dead machine the whole time.
If you care about your peace of mind i urge you not no deal with them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Run away from Foxtns! Long term advice.

Gather your deposit paperwork, and put a complaint in with the deposit scheme., that they use, they are not allowed to do this you are entitled to argue this matter. They need to provide proof and I bet they don't have it ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
I think most of the aspects are quite good. It is understandable that sometimes some of employees are not satisfactory -- which related to their personal manner and attitude, as I'm a HR therefore I kindly suggest to re-evaluate some of staffs who doesn't have good feedback too many

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
