Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback in respect of attendance to your property by Franklyn James, in particular myself. I am surprised to hear such comments regarding my attendance as being a Lettings Manager I pride myself on my professionalism when conducting processes such as valuations and as such I am able to state with true conviction that under no circumstances would I sit looking at my phone during a valuation.
In my position as Lettings Manager I do of course have a work mobile phone which should it ring during the course of my attendance I would immediately look to silence the call in order to continue with the matter at hand.
If you can advise the first line of the address to which this relates I will of course happily look into the valuation provided to you and explain the reasoning further behind the market rent suggested to you as part of this valuation.
