We were highly impressed with Jeffs helpfulness from the first phone call we made to the Dartford office for a viewing through to the handing over of our rented flats keys.

Jeff and all the staff at the Dartford branch were very approachable, informative and helpful. Unfortunately a freaky unforeseen maintenance problem halted our sign over day and although it was out of their control both Jeff and Sukh jumped in full steam, supervised the repair with the landlords help and kept us updated with the progress. They defiantly went above and beyond to make sure we could move in the very next day.

We will be using there great service and advice next time we move flats for sure.

Given the choice, we would not rent/buy through this agent again. Once customer lost for good, due to the issues mentioned above.

A bidding war?! Far from being a problem that sounds like something I would want if I was a seller.. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
