We contacted Ward and Partners not knowing what direction we should go in, either sell or rent. We had had on going tenants for the last 7 years. Ward and Partners came to see the house which was in very bad repair. They gave us the options available which were either try going to tender or sell, we choose to go to tender. As the house was so bad it didn't sell. Ward and partners tried there very hardest to do the best for us, We then decided to do the repairs and make good everything, we then reinstructed Ward and partners to try and let it for us. Matthew looked after us, he pulled out all the stops, with in a week he had found us a wonderful family that have moved in and love the house. We had a very testing time during the renovation of the house but at every stage Matthew helped with trades men and recommendation, working along side us helping where and when ever he could. When we do decide to sell our little house we wont choose any other agent than Ward and Partners 10/10 #
