When my wife and I decided to move to Norfolk from Hertfordshire we were recommended to check Brown & Co web site for available properties to rent. We contacted Kings Lynn branch and spoke to Lesley Levy, our viewing was instantly arranged to suit our schedule and Lesley was helpful and friendly.
We found Lesley to be most professional in any dealings we had we her. We rented the property for 3.5 years and any repairs were dealt with promptly and professionally. On one occasion Lesley even called to the property after office hours as this was more convenient for us.
Lesley is always willing to go that extra mile to help her clients and is always done with a smile. We highly recommend Brown & co and especially their senior associate Lesley Levy.

We are disappointed and concerned by these comments as it appears we have fallen short of our own high standards of customer service. However,the tenant was made fully aware of the fact that a gas fire in the sitting room had been capped, both when he viewed the property and when we checked him into the property - and the flat has full gas c/h. We responded to the tenant's calls at all times - once at 11pm with regard to an internal door handle. We rather suspect that this complaint has been ...
