Nicol and Co were recommended to us by several people, so we approached them first when we wanted to sell our house. The team in Droitwich are all excellent. They constantly kept us informed of developments with the sale of our property. The team arranged for lots of people to come and see our home, and sold it's character and positives very well - they managed to get couples through the door to look at it as a 'wild card' who ended up really liking it. They listen to what you want, are quick to respond to questions and calls and very much treat you as an individual as opposed to just another 'house' for them. Throughout the sale, they went above and beyond to get things moving, keep ontop of the chain and find additional information requested by the solicitors. They were a great point of contact for all information and knew what was happening at all times, and if they didn't they made sure they would find out what was needed in a timely fashion. I also purchased a house using Nicol and Co and again I can not fault their professionalism and their appreciation of personal circumstances. Moving house is a really stressful business and it can happen for many different reasons.................... I really think Nicol and Co are aware of this and try at all times to do what is best for you, which is keep you informed ....... at the end of the day you feel you have very little control in buying and selling- and I would recommend Nicol and Co to have that control as you will be in safe hands!

We experienced similar problems with Nicol&Co. Very reluctant to attend to repairs and very defensive when challenged on unacceptable actions. They try to defend the indefensible. Very poor. ...
