Packed with attitude, money targeted unprofessional agents.
It has been a hassle dealing with this agency, from the fact that they could not turn up to show us the property to the fact that they accepted our deposit over the phone and made us travel over to their office the next morning (three working professionals had to take 3 hours off from work each), only to tell us that they would rather have a couple of more prospective tenants viewing the property before they "decide" who they want.
After that they told us they would let us know of their decision within the next two days, after these two days passed we turned up at the agency to offer them a higher price for the rent only to tell us "Oh yeah, we decided not to go through with your application" but they did not even bother mentioning that to us.
This shows you how respectful they are towards their customers, time wasters and full with attitude.
Avoid dealing with them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Being more respectful towards their customers, at least of the fact that they wasted our time initially, while additionally try to be at least professional enough to let their customers know of their decision as they promised to do so. Additionally try to avoid having a certain attitude, especially when you are dealing with potential customers. Plainly logical managerial responsibilities to be honest.
