I found the agent to be very lazy, I had to chase them up all of the time. They seem to put my buyer's best interest ahead of mine and a one point even suggested I give money to my buyer to help speed the process up. They also lied to me about the status of the sale informing me that my buyer had everything ready when in fact his mortgage application had been rejected and he had also not had his searched back in. I spent hours on the phone to them trying to understand exactly what was going and even had to coordinate with my solicitor and the estate agents I was buying from as they did not contact them with updates either. I had to arrange the exchange and completion date myself as they would not speak to the agents I was buying from . Overall I felt very let down by their service and would strongly recommend that people do not use them to sell their house. On the other hand I am sure my buyer thought they were wonderful to buy from.
What agent could do to change your mind?
I feel that they made the whole process far more stressful then it needed to be and if they had been more honest and open then I may not have been as disappointed with them.Attached Filesnbsp;
