Over the past few months, I've been liaising with Kate, as a tenant of one of the apartments in County Hall. Since our first communication, Kate has been very polite, organised and efficient. In the renewal of our short lease, she churned out the essential documents within a couple of days, and provided us with some guidance and instructions via email. It gave us a clear picture on what we had to do.
Kate has also been very patient and helpful in liaising for the repairs and eventual replacement of our washing machine. She had instructed a washing machine engineer to investigate on the problem the moment I informed her that our washing machine had malfunctioned, and had swiftly instructed another to replace the necessary parts upon the landlord's approval. Although it took some time for our washing machine to be back in working condition, I really appreciated that Kate understood the inconvenience that was posed on us and tried to expedite the process.
Finally, Kate was again very prompt and organised in our check out; she had swiftly produced our check out report and proposed deductions. She had also provided us with clear and concise instructions, and had followed up to make sure all the documents were in place. Upon which, our deposit was very quickly released and I'm most glad everything was settled quite a few days before my departure from the UK.
