We were in the process of purchasing a property with Bairstow eves in collier row. They were aware from the start that the garage had subsidence which was going through insurance. They assured me throughout it wouldn't be a problem for mortgage purposes. Somebody had previously pulled out as they couldn't get a mortgage but they told me this was down to finances. Three months in and I have had to pull out as Buildings insurance was impossible to find, My mortgage company now require a building survey and said even then they may not lend me the money. I am three weeks away from completion on my own house so now I am homeless! When I told them what had happened yesterday they shrugged their shoulders said that was fine and have put it back on right move today for some other mug to now go as far as I did and lose money in the process. Do they have no conscience or customer value? I will never use them again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have waited until the subsidence had been dealt with before putting it on the market!Attached Filesnbsp;

Appalling company to buy from. We tried to purchase a property, and upon discovering the mortgage provider wouldn’t lend the full amount (it wasn’t worth what it was valued at by Bairstow Eves) I was called and left a rude voicemail by Sharon, telling me “they WILL sell their property, but not to you”. I couldn’t help but laugh, as several months down the line it was indeed sold at the banks valuation, not theirs.
I would not deal with this company again through their rudeness. ...
