We bought our property in Gorton from Kaye Mackenzie last year, and found them to be very professional and knowledgeable. We dealt direct with the partners of the firm, which made us feel more comfortable. Everything was pretty simple and straight forward. We are happy to recommend them and will use them again when we eventually come to sell.

I was very disappointed to read the comments by Mrs Godfrey's daughter as her story is far from the truth regarding the marketing of Birchfields Road . On the 2nd of December I spent nearly an hour advising Mr and Mrs Godfrey about letting and sales issues, particularly,the Planning considerations relating to student lettings .I quoted her a fee of 1% plus VAT which is very , very competitive in any area.
