I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from John Illes, your Bracknell branch Estate Agent. The first contact with the agency was to call to make an appointment to see a flat, which price was in my budget range but not in any way meeting my needs or preferences ¢â‚¬â€œ I thought I had to compromise. This was a potentially a very difficult move for me ¢â‚¬â€œ I was downsizing from a beautiful large family home and leaving a large circle of friend living in this house/are for more than 18 years.
From the short telephone conversation I had with John, he established what my needs and requirements would be and he also politely persuaded me to view the house I which was out of budget range available to me. His ability to find out and match the client with the properties available was fascinating ¢â‚¬â€œ he essentially offered the ideal property to me. To cut the long story short, several financial adjustments have been made and I bought the very house I viewed with John. Still I cannot believe how incredibly fortunate I have been - despite the odds I am living in a beautiful, cosy and also a very quirky little cottage feeling that it had been built especially for me.

I cannot thank John enough as he has made a huge difference to my life. I do hope he is valued and appreciated by the people who he works for as I believe strongly he is a real asset to the business.
