We personally had sold our property through another agent and had issues with our chain which we were not aware was rather extended than we had first been lead to believe on acceptance of the offer of 14 Parker Avenue.
This part of the chain -The Pastures- you were dealing with, the beginning,which was obviously very essential for our purchase.
Complications within this chain had arisen and we at the top of the chain were unaware of the delays, had it not been for the assistance of Helen and the constant updates regarding all properties within this chain, our agent very lapse with his attitude towards this, the chain would most surely have collapsed.
Without Helens persistence with this chain throughout the four months it had taken, thus to achieve exchange today, 22.07.2013 this would not be possible. We owe her a huge gratitude, in the success of our future home and beginning of our new life together.
Helen was always very informative and reassuring and professional, yet she managed to retain a kind and friendly manner at all times.
