From the point of engagement with the staff at Prospects I have nothing but positive things to say about the Winnersh Branch. I engaged Prospects as I had been very disappointed with another agent and they did not let me down.
The agency was extremely prooactive and they got alot of viewings of my property. A big thankyou to Monique and Jade as they both did an excellent job when they showed prospective buyers around my house. I heard them on a number of occassions when they were doing viewings and they knew my property very well and did an excellent job of selling all the positives of my property and assuring the buyers if they had any queries or uncertainties. I definately felt that Prospects had my interests in mind when they sold my property.

I'd also like to thank Adele who dealt with the legal part of the sale. she did an absolute fantastic job in keeping everything on target for a tight completion date. I felt very engaged and informed at every stage. Things could have slipped as my solicitor was very tardi at times, but with Adele's liaision and my prodding my solicitor the sale was completed on time and without hitches.
