Express estate agency recently sold my deceased parent's property for myself and my brother. The staff in general were all very professional and helpful however, I was particularly impressed with Victoria McCoy who went the extra mile to work out what properties were selling for in the area to enable us to market the property at the most attractive price possible to achieve a quick sale. Once we had received offer the file was handed over the Sophie Ashton to progress the sale which she did with enthusiasm and professionalism. We were particularly happy with the amount of contact and updating that Sophie did and nothing was too much trouble when we had to ask her to chase the buyers to ensure the sale went through quickly.
