After several disputes with this company and its directors, I decided enough was enough and tried to extricate myself from my contract with them (I'd been a client for about two and a half years). They hit me with a ¢â‚¬Ëœcancellation fee' of £1161. I queried it with them and they tried to bamboozle me with a load of legalese to try and justify their actions. I took them to the Property Ombudsman who instructed them to pay me back £938! I very much regret appointing them to manage as my agents.
