Louise handled the sale of my father's property and was brilliant throughout. This sale was brought about by the passing of my father, and she have excellent tips and ideas in regards to how the property could be best presented to maximise its sale opportunities. She co-ordinated the viewings and negotiations with prospective purchasers and kept me fully appraised of developments; feedback; and ideas to take forward. Once we had a buyer, it evolved subsequently there were funding issues. Louise was extremely pro-active, liaising with respective legal representatives; purchaser and myself, and successfully ensured through her communications, delivery of the momentum that was needed during some critical phases, in achieving contracts exchange and subsequent completion. I would certainly use Manning Stainton for any future sales, and would add that Louise comes highly recommended, being a true professional, focussed on the customer needs, and quite frankly she is a great advertisement and asset to the company. Many, many thanks for all your hard work leading to the successful sale of my property - its really appreciated.

Louis Craggs who helped me at the end of my tenancy with the deposit process etc was very kind and helpful throughout.
