Have been househunting recently. I have found Ward and Partners to be incredibly pushy. They would ring up asking me on the spot questions about what other properties I was looking at and who they were with!??

When we put in offers on properties they agent seemed to take it personally and became defensive. When we gave reasons for our offers they would begin to argue back. The price range they use just complicates the process. Would only use them if i was desperate.
