From a tenants point of view I could say Blue Door Agency (Greg & Rachel) has been a great help from the very beginning, which is finding the right property, to the very end, which is paying the deposit back; many tenants are struggling to get their deposit back with other letting agencies. Even now that few years has passed since I moved out the property, which was managed by Blue Door, but they are still willing and are helping me with some paper works. Thank you Blue Door, I wish all letting agencies were as friendly and helpful as you are ;)

As the landlord I organised for the hotwater tank to be replaced for a new system as it was 30 years old. The tenant had hot water just not the cheaper off peak supply. I am sorry it took two months (he always had hot water) but had to be ordered and the plumber had to fit it. It was nothing to do with the agents. Tenant is now happy with the new syetem and is still in the flat a year later! ...
