On the whole an very good service. My sale was handled well, and any issues were dealt with in an attentive and professional manner. On occasion there were instances of some lack of internal communication but these isolated instances were swiftly rectified.

In particular I would like to mention my main contact in the sale of my property. His keen approach and enthusiasm were very evident, his manner was always courteous and very professional.

Given the choice, we would not rent/buy through this agent again. Once customer lost for good, due to the issues mentioned above.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
