I would like to say thank you to everyone involved in the sale of my house. You guys stepped in when I had kind of lost hope in Estate Agents as I had a truly awful experience with one of your larger competitors. You answered the call initially and from that moment it was a whirlwind. Now on reflection when I remember how proactive you were and when you said you would get appointments you meant it. The team are fun, friendly and I totally forgot it was a business transaction at times. Bryony deserves a special mention for being the calming voice of reason - thank you for being amazing. Whilst you Gareth, were definitely the salesman :). Great photos, proactive selling and the most important bit... A sale. Whilst I did nt quite get what I wanted for the house I am now in a position where I love my new house, I can make other changes to my life whilst being close to family who now need me. I am not the easiest of customers as I have high expectations but I would say I was 97% happy. Well Gareth you did nt expect full marks did you?? Seriously great job guys thank you so much for all you did and you can now answer your phones safe in the knowledge I won't be on the other end :D
