Our interaction with Lauristons, mainly Louise Brown, Claire Brown and Mark Shodipo, throughout the letting process has been excellent.

Louise is a very professional, polite and good person to talk to, and she made us feel very comfortable with the entire transaction. She was diligent in providing answers to our queries and followed up well on the ones that took longer. Our move-in was very well coordinated by her. There were some teething concerns about cleanliness when we moved in but Louise and Claire Brown were quick in taking actions. They sent the professional cleaners on the day to take care of our complaint.

Claire who is the property manager has been quick in answering to our request and taking actions. Mark Shopido showed us the house and was also diligent in getting answers from the landlords about the property.

Overall, our experience with them has been simply great. And it's amazing the difference it makes to your move-in experience and stay thereafter. I would strongly recommend them.

would have preferred to be able to negotiate rate to 1% as you were sole agent but was told your lowest rate was 1.5% but on reflection because of Vik's work and his team I'm over all happy now with the 1.5%

Thank you for your review and the feedback about our fees. As you outline; our fees are made very clear and transparent at the outset of the agreement. We actually get all of our prospective tenants to sign a separate agreement between the agency and each respective tenant setting all these fees out transparently.
