Avoid this agent unless you want a nervous breakdown, we had two propertys with them, both propertys were left in a dreadful staite one property the tenants left owing £1725.55 but Martins kept telling us that they only owed £500, when I questioned this after weeks they finaly ammitted how much they really owed. Also they were supposed to leave at the end of March and didn't leave until the middle of May living rent free, Martins let them stay on even though they wern't paying the rent.
What agent could do to change your mind?
by being honest with us, and contacting the tenants before they left to see what damage was done and agreeing to put it rightAttached Filesnbsp;
