Tried to sell our property through these guys.
Sale was delayed for a short while due to seller chasing payslips etc for the mortgage, which we were fine with, then the buyer suddenly dropped out.
We later discovered (through sources undisclosed) that the Goldin Lemcke had been badgering the buyer ever few days, telling them that we, the seller, were threatening to pull out unless they got the searches etc sorted, which was of course a lie. The buyer didn't want to pay for the searches etc, convinced we were pulling out.
We went with a different agent in the end, and sold without anybody being threatened.
