We chose Robertson Phillips as they have a high profile in our immediate area and appeared very confident that they would be able to sell our house. They seemed genuinely keen to market our property, much more so than another local agent we contacted. Within a day of instructing them, they sent 16 prospective buyers for viewings and we had an offer within hours, which led to the sale. We were impressed that they lived up to their promise and in all our dealings with them, they proved helpful and professional
