The service I received was absolutely dreadful from start to finish. They bungled negotiations with two sets of buyers and I was left to do most ofthe work myself, costing me time, stress and a lot of money. Don't fall for the slick marketing hype - go with Owen Knox or Briscome Nutter & Staff and safe yourself valuable money and time.

Hi Lauren,
We are sorry you feel this way however please see below explanations;
1) License to rent property - This was a new regulation that came in to place and after speaking to the council they admitted their fault as they had not made us aware of this. This was rectified and the license was not needed in the end.
2) A section 21 was served as the landlord has withdrawn the property, no explanation is needed for the notice of a section 21 and this was served prior to the end of your tena ...

If they had given us a fair chance to rent the property. They assisted the other couple in forwarding their email to the landlords and did not ask us if we wanted to pay more despite knowing the other couple had offered to.Attached Filesnbsp;
