OMG what a bunch of lying theifs! They came to value my house and said they were based in Brierly hill but it wasnt till I had signed the contract that they told me that that office had actually shut down and they are now working out of the stourbridge branch. Not only that but the so called office manager said that "all estate agents charge a withdrawl fee" which at the time (sept 2009) was not true, as halifax didnt charge a withdrawl fee. It has been on the market for 11 months and i have not had 1 single viewing or 1 singla phone call or email with any update or feedback from the branch. Not only that but when i sent them up to date pictures of the house they decided to put a mixture of old and new pictures on the websites! shocking service, would never use again. He should not have took on a property promising to get it sold knowing that their location is miles away from the property in an area noone would be looking for my house! he just did it so i would end up having to pay the withdrawl fee. i asked him to view the house again a few weeks ago to see all the improvements i have made on it and he even admitted i should put it on with a more local agent! poor, poor, poor, KEEP AWAY FROM STOURBRIDGE BAIRSTOW EVES!!! Im trying to find an address i can write/email to complain at head office to see if i can get the

Tried these contact details, not there, but gave us another number, guess what, not there also, another number same again, 4th number not recognised, these guys really don't like it if you have to complain, please if someone has a successful contact number to make a complaint PLEASE PLEASE post it here as I am going to be bald by the end of this and have to start pulling my partners hair out next.
