They were great to start then as soon as we got into the property everything changed. To start with we were assured a long tenancy but got a initial 6 month contract, once that was up we got just another 6 month's then they inform us that the owner is selling the house and we would get a rolling monthly contract. So much for long term. We are a family of 7 and need stability. In September les than a month into our tenancy the shower broke and 10 months on it is still broken. In December the boiler broke intact it leaked carbon monoxiced and could of killed us all. The boiler was out of action for more than 2 weeks so we had no heating or hot water. It was December after all. With 6 weeks left of our tenancy we give them notice as we have finally had enough and they say we have to give 2 clear months to vacate even tho our tenancy is due to end. My advice to anyonein the Eastbourne area is think very wisely before you use Northwood.

Update: after several emails back and forward Mr. Paul Ryder director of Northwood ask me to contact Microsoft to find out with the email he claims it wasn't sent to which Microsoft confirmed me it was sent. I have informed Mr Paul of such and asked him to do the same as per his suggestion and contact Microsoft himself, but apparently that hasn't happened and he is now ignoring my emails.
